in this Website were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation
of such depictions.

CONTRIBUTIONS:

• All models must be at least 18 years of age and consenting to having their pictures posted on BoundGuys.
• Please include a copy of your driver's Liscense with any picture contribution.
• Any stories and pictures must be original and unpublished elsewhere.
• In order for pictures to be considered, there must be at least 10 to 15 pictures, at least 15 being optimal. Pictures must also be of decent quality (remember, other people are paying to see the pictures here. So ask yourself, would you pay money to see the photos you are submitting if they weren't yours?)
• We reserve the right to require proof of age and/or consent of model(s) if we determine it is necessary before accepting pictures.
• The length of any free memberships is determined on a case by case basis, with consideration given a to what was contributed. So a story may give you a month free membership, a set of 15 pictures three months, and a large number of quality pictures and/or stories to go with them may grant a membership of 9 months to a year.
• Submission of material does not guarantee that the material will be used or that a free membership will be given.
• Any material used becomes the property of BoundGuys.Com.
• Use of material is at the discretion of BoundGuys.Com.
• Bound Guys reserves the right to immediately cancel any subscription obtained under false pretenses. This includes, but not limited too, submitting photographs to Bound Guys belonging or already posted to another site. We will probably also see to it that you are permanently banned from Bound Guys. Stealing is bad enough. Making us unwitting accessories is really ignorant.

UPDATES: There shall be at least three sets of pictures updated to the site per week. Individual sets may be added by themselves throughout the week or all at once on Friday of that week. All of these sets shall be posted by no later then Friday unless there are extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the web master.
